I accidentally tried to add a corporate card once which of course didn't work and since then I can't add any other credit card. I currently have the problem that I can no longer add new credit cards in the taptap app when I want to send someone some money. Support doesn't seem to have a clue and just responds with the easiest answer instead of looking a little deeper. Once there are problems, you are completely helpless. Taptap send claims that when you send money, your money will arrive to the recipient within minutes. After leaving a review, the manager now called me speaking for a statement. August 8th I requested to speak with a manager, no manager called! Thursday 25th I asked to speak with a manager no manager called. Same thing again in May, manager did not call and they did not let me speak to HR to make a complaint. Please DO NOT USE Taptap Send!!! Refunded date was 5th August Friday 2022 from Terra payment service limited company when they will refund tap tap send community then your UK brother will get the information from tap tap send apps. ![]() so this money goes to Terra payment service limited. ![]() Most important think is that in my local agency in Bangladesh bank of head Department said,we are refunded of this money accounts name and number different.
